BIRDS

this is a good example of how suspense was used in the film. this is when nicks mother goes to the farmers houses to go and talk to him about  his birds and animals. on her way there  non-diegetic sound starts  playing as she reaches the houses and as she's walking into the  house.  the audience and the character are both placed at the deep end when she uncovers the horror that has taken place.
